Mark your calendars for these springtime favorites

The annual Flower Mart in Baltimore made its debut in 1911, three years before World War I is Baltimore City’s oldest festival.  This year’s event will be held on May 3 and 4 in Mount Vernon, 699 Washington Place, Baltimore Maryland 21201, 

The event features almost 70 plant, craft and food vendors and nonprofits involved in making Baltimore a greener place for all. 

Other activities include educational workshops, lectures, musical performances on two stages and the perennial favorite--Lemon Sticks.
