A water main break near I-95 in Baltimore had neighborsh and nearby night shift workers scrambling for a way to the beltway and in and out of Violetville, a neighborhood in Southwest Baltimore.

The May 2 call for help came Shortly before 7 .m. on Saturday morning according to the Baltimore City Fire Department. Upon arriving the responding company requested additional resources. By 8:30, BGE, the Baltimore Police Department, Office of Emergency Management and the Department of Public Works.
