Coppin to host Artist talk with local quilters

The Coppin State University National Alumni Association is hosting an artists talk with the African American Quilters of Baltimore. All are invited to join them for "an inspiring journey into the rich tradition quilting."

Guest who attend in person or virtually will discover the story behind the stunning Coppin-inspired quilt and hear firsthand from local creators about their creative process and how they turn fabric into breathtaking words of art.

"Whether you're an art lover, a history buff or simply curious about this amazing craft, this is an event you don't want to miss," said event organizers.
