Frostburg students volunteered at Garrett County Special Olympics

Students from Frostburg State University, representing Alpha Phi Omeg and Phi Lambda fraternities with Jamie Winters of Student Engagement volunteered at the Winter Special Olympics in Garrett County, Maryland.
